Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Embedded Firmware Developer located Pune and Bangalore. The Embedded Firmware Developer will focus on designing, developing, and testing software for embedded systems. Daily tasks include writing and debugging firmware, reviewing and optimizing code, and collaborating with hardware teams to ensure seamless integration. The role also requires adherence to coding standards, documentation of software components, and resolution of technical challenges in product development.

Qualifications

we are looking for 8+ years of experience

Develop and debug low-level drivers, BSP, and bootloader components in Embedded C

Work on cybersecurity implementation for automotive-grade ECUs

Handle CAN-based protocols (J1939, UDS, XCP, KWP) using tools like CANoe, CANalyzer, INCA

Optimize code for Flash, RAM, CPU load, and perform call stack analysis

Integrate with RTOS (AUTOSAR OSEK or similar) and configure MCAL drivers

Ensure compliance with ISO 26262, ISO 25119, ISO 13849

Must-Have Skills

Embedded C, Bootloader development, Cybersecurity

Experience with 16/32-bit microcontrollers, compilers/linkers

Strong debugging skills and hands-on with real-time systems
