Job Title: Technical Recruiter (UK Shift)

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Recruiter to support our hiring needs for UK-based clients.
  • The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring for IT and technical positions, along with strong communication

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across multiple domains (IT, Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, etc.).
  • Source candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and database accuracy.

Qualifications :

  • 3 - 4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably with exposure to UK or international hiring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills using multiple platforms.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Willingness to work in the UK Shift (Afternoon to Late Evening IST).
