Location: Noida , Sector 62

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical roles such as Developers, Engineers, Architects, Data Scientists, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, etc.
  • Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and Boolean search to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Understand client requirements thoroughly and deliver within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics (TAT, pipeline status, closures).
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure excellent candidate experience and high offer-to-join ratio.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter (IT/NON-IT) in an Recruitment consulting Firm or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of various technical roles and terminologies (Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools: Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in technical hiring (preferred in IT services or product companies).
