Basiz Fund Services is a high-end specialized Fund Accounting Service provider with a history of handling assignments relating to Assets Under Administration (AUA) of over USD 500 Billion. The company has executed over 30,000 Financial Statements and thousands of NAV computations. Basiz serves the securities services arms of top global multinational banks and provides end-to-end services for Funds and Fund Administrators. The company specializes in financial statement preparation and reporting compliant with US GAAP, IFRS, and other regulations. Additionally, Basiz offers multilingual services and covers multiple strategies and asset classes, including Hedge, Private Equity, Debt, and Real Estate.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Review of Financial Statements for Investment companies such as Hedge Funds and Mutual Funds, prepared in accordance with various GAAPs.
  • Should ensure processes and quality checklists are followed
  • Responsible for ensuring that the work allotted to the team is delivered with the highest level of quality within the allotted deadlines.
  • Ability to solve problems and issues, and assist the team members
  • In the absence of the TL, the candidate should manage the team and ensure deliverables are met.

Required skill sets:

  • CA (Inter) completed with 3 years articles experience plus 6 months to 1 year of industrial work experience or M.Com/MBA(Finance) from a reputed college with minimum 3 years experience
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Good knowledge or experience in the Investment fund accounting segment.
  • Strong aptitude in numerical and reasoning ability
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel & Word
  • Typing Skills would be an added advantage
  • Strong Knowledge in Bank Reconciliation Statement, Rectification of Error, Cash Flow Statement & Final Accounts.

Experience: Minimum 5 Years
