Job Overview

The Estimation Engineer will analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements to prepare precise cost estimates and competitive quotations. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare RFQs and Final Quotations: Review drawings, specifications, and client requirements to develop accurate Requests for Quotation and comprehensive Final Quotations.
  • Revise and Update Estimates: Adjust cost estimates promptly as project scopes evolve or new data becomes available.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with design and project management teams to gather cost data and technical details required for accurate bids.
  • Maintain Cost Databases: Keep an up-to-date record of material, labor, and vendor costs to support future projects and quick reference.
  • Ensure Compliance and Deadlines: Verify that all proposals meet client requirements, internal policies, and submission timelines.
  • Timely report Submission.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (with good academic record).
  • Strong understanding of construction materials and estimation processes.
  • Proficiency in estimation software, MS Excel, and AutoCAD (preferred).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.
