Seeking a detail-oriented BoQ and Estimator to prepare accurate Bills of Quantities and estimates for construction projects. This role involves quantifying materials, labor, and equipment costs, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring competitive bidding strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities based on project documents.
- Estimate costs of materials, labor, and equipment.
- Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Assist in value engineering and maintain project records.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in construction estimating.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Excel.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes and standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
