Currently, We are looking for an **Estimation/Costing Executive in Kakkanad, Kochi - Kerala.**

**Company Profile**:Our Interiors** is an ISO 9001: 2015 Certified turnkey **interior** fit-out company that offers concept-to-completion services to develop Inspiring **Interiors**. We specialize in turnkey interior furnishing works including MEP Services and Project Management for Commercial, Residential and Hospitality Sectors.

**Relevant Experience**: 3+ Years **(Civil / Interior / Construction Background is fine)**

**Job/Work Location**: Kakkanad, Kochi - Kerala

**Relevant working experience in a similar capacity preferably in the Interiors Fit out industry.**

**Should have experience in Estimation, Costing & Billing.**

Good Communication in English written and verbal.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Evaluation of Budgetary and Customised Interiors Inquiry.

2. Estimating the Product cost based on design confirmation.

3. Provision of estimation budgets to procurement and projects team.

4. Upgrading the cost based on the current market value of raw materials in

coordination with procurement.

5. Assignment of inquiries to estimation team under the direction of Head of

Estimation.

6. Preparation of Pricing documents and coordination with management for approval.

7. Coordination with clients and other departments.

**Notice Period**:Immediate Joiners Preferred or Max 15 Days.

**Note**:Male/Female

**Qualification**: Any Graduate **with BOQ Experience.**

- Exp.in Civil/Interior/Construction background fine: 3 years (preferred)
- Exp.in Estimation, Costing & Billing: 3 years (preferred)
- Good communication in English written and verbal.: 3 years (preferred)
- Any Exp. in Interiors Fit out Industry: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, / Kannada, Telugu (preferred)
