**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Coordination**: Assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Serve as the main point of contact between different project teams.
- **Estimation & Costing**: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses. Review and assess project specifications and requirements to ensure accurate estimations.
- **Document Management**: Maintain and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices. Ensure all records are kept up-to-date and organized for easy access.
- **Client Liaison**: Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are understood and met. Address any queries or concerns that may arise.
- **Budget Monitoring**: Assist in tracking project budgets and expenses, ensuring the project remains within financial constraints. Provide regular reports on budget status and cost performance.
- **Schedule Management**: Coordinate with teams to establish timelines, monitor project progress, and ensure that deadlines are met. Help identify and address any delays or risks that may affect the schedule.
- **Risk Management**: Assist in identifying potential project risks, including cost overruns and delays, and provide recommendations for mitigating these risks.
- **Procurement Support**: Assist in sourcing materials and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Manage procurement documentation and ensure that all orders are placed in a timely manner.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution. Provide logístical support and assist in resolving any issues on-site.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3+ years of experience in project coordination, estimation, or a related role in the construction or similar industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in project management and estimation software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, CostX, AutoCAD, etc.).
- **Knowledge of Construction Processes**: Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and estimation.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to work with precision and accuracy in estimating costs and coordinating various aspects of a project.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and vendors.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and stay organized under pressure.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify issues proactively and come up with solutions to overcome challenges during project execution.
- **Team-Oriented**: Collaborative and comfortable working in a team environment with diverse groups of people.
