  • Staff Management: Supervise and evaluate staff, provide guidance and support to teachers, and assist in conducting in-service training programs for staff development.
  • Event Coordination: Organize school events, field trips, exhibitions, and other workshops, and assist with the promotion and awareness of school programs.
  • Budget & Policy: Help in the development of the school budget, review and update school policies, and ensure compliance with CBSE academic policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: A Master's degree with a B.Ed. or M.Ed. is often required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of teaching or administrative experience in education is typically needed, with proven experience in CBSE schools being a significant asset.
