Job Description:

We are seeking a Graduate Trainee Engineer (Civil) to join our Design Office team in Bangalore. The selected candidate will receive training and hands-on exposure to civil design projects, engineering software, and preparation of technical documentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to begin a career in design engineering with guidance from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparation of design drawings, reports, and BOQs.

Support in design activities related to civil infrastructure projects.

Work with designing software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.

Collaborate with senior design engineers for reviewing drawings and design outputs.

Conduct technical analysis and prepare documentation as per codes and project requirements.

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality in all design deliverables.

Participate in internal design discussions and team reviews.

Key Skills Required:

Strong theoretical knowledge in civil engineering design concepts.

Familiarity with design codes (IS codes, IRC, etc.) and engineering standards.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and civil design software.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.

Strong communication and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Experience:

Fresh graduates or postgraduates in Civil Engineering (0 – 1 year experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
