Lightbucket Productions is a premium wedding & events production house creating cinematic wedding films and photography for high-value clients. We close weddings worth ₹2–7L on average and pride ourselves on premium client service and storytelling.

Role summary

You'll be the face of Lightbucket for incoming leads and outreach — convert leads into booked clients, run consult calls, coordinate with production, and grow revenue from inbound and outbound channels.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads (Instagram, referrals, email, portal leads) and follow up promptly.
  • Run consult calls/meetings, present packages, negotiate and close bookings.
  • Maintain CRM (lead updates, notes, pipeline) and provide daily/weekly reports.
  • Create proposals, upsell add-ons (drone, extra photographers, albums).
  • Own client handover to production & ensure pre-event followups.
  • Hit monthly revenue & booking targets.

Must have

  • 1–2 years of client-facing sales experience (events, hospitality, wedding services, or premium retail).
  • Excellent spoken English and local language.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with field meetings and weekend client calls.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and WhatsApp Business.
  • Experience selling premium services (₹2L+) is a plus.
