We deal in health & hygiene products, surgical disposables and consumables, and recording papers.
We supply "Soft Bath Towels, Baby Care Wipes, Adult Diapers, Baby Diapers, Underpads, Digital Thermometers in "Rigid" and "Flexi-Tip" models, Face Masks, Gloves, Medical Recording Papers, ECG Papers, Foetal Monitoring Paper, TMT Papers, BP Monitor, Air Bed Mattress etc.

Role: Business Development Officer / Area Sales Manager
Experience:1 - 6 years and worked as a salesperson in any one of the following
. Medical Surgical Disposable related company
. Surgical/Pharma Distributor or Dealer
. FMCG
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and hospital purchase managers to drive business growth.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the existing customer base.
- Promote and sell products effectively, ensuring sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring long-term customer relationships.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
Requirements:
Qualification - Undergraduate / Graduate
Adequate Market Knowledge
Excellent in time management
Communication Should be smart & able to communicate well.
Languages English & Local state language. Should be able to read both languages and be able to write at least English.
Energetic and Ability to achieve targets and mature deals.
Ability to work independently.
