We ae hiring HR Executive for one of our IT client. Our client provides engineering services in Europe and USA.

Candidate must have exp in HR, Operations, Joining formalities, Exit formalities. Recruitment.

The HR Operations role involves managing and supporting the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit processes. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating employee records, handling HRIS data, managing attendance and leave systems, and coordinating monthly payroll inputs with accuracy.

The role involves managing the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various positions across the organization.

Responsibilities include understanding manpower requirements, creating job descriptions, and identifying the right sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases. The recruiter will screen resumes, conduct telephonic and virtual interviews, assess candidates' skills, and shortlist suitable profiles for further rounds.

The role also includes coordinating interviews with hiring managers, collecting feedback, negotiating salary and joining timelines, and preparing offer letters.

Additionally, the recruiter will handle pre-joining formalities, maintain recruitment MIS, build a strong talent pipeline, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600, ₹700,000.00 per year
