*Key Responsibilities:*

Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Design and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.

Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, support, and training.

Handle client interactions and build long-term customer relationships.

Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Collaborate with management on reporting, planning, and performance improvement.

*Requirements:*

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.

Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team.
