What you'll do

  • Lead the visual and creative vision for big-brand campaigns, digital projects, print, motion, across the board.
  • Work closely with strategy, performance marketing and tech teams to ensure the creative is not just pretty but effective.
  • Mentor a team of designers, illustrators, motion artists, and help push their thinking.
  • Keep an eye on trends, breakthroughs, tech tools (we're into AI-generated creative, interactive experiences) and bring that into our work.
  • Own the creative quality from concept to execution, everything looks, sounds, feels on-brand and on-target.

Who you are

  • You've done this before: 4 + years in creative/Art Director roles in a digital-first/campaign-driven environment.
  • A portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking, polished execution, and measurable impact.
  • Comfortable with digital and traditional channels (static, video, interactive).
  • You know how to guide/mentor a team, give feedback, and raise the bar.
  • You love collaboration and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • You have a growth mindset: you're curious, you take ownership, you're kind.
  • Bonus: A passion for performance marketing, data-informed creative, and blending art + science.
