Position: Associate Creative Director

What youll be doing:

  • Creative ideation: Generating visionary and impactful creative ideas for marketing campaigns and brand strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Concept to Execution: Create assets, presentations, moodboards, and whatever else is needed to visually communicate ideas and deliver client requests,
  • Client collaboration: Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs, explain creative concepts, and present innovative solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Working seamlessly across different teams, including copywriters, designers, and account managers, to ensure the successful execution of creative projects.
  • Market insight: Keeping on top of industry trends and market insights to infuse fresh ideas and perspectives into creative projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.

What you need:

  • Minimum 10-12 years of professional experience in art direction, preferably in an agency setting.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing your creative vision, including print and digital design, branding, and integrated campaign work.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor creative teams.
  • A deep understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.
