Role Summary

The Chief Education Officer will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for Brigade Foundation's educational institutions and initiatives. This role involves academic excellence, governance, innovation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the schools and allied programs deliver high-quality, future-ready education.

Key Responsibilities

·      Strategic Leadership & Governance: Develop and implement a long-term academic strategy, aligned with the Foundation's mission.

·      Academic Excellence: Oversee curriculum development, pedagogical innovation, and faculty training.

·      Operational & Financial Management: Manage budgets, ensure optimal resource utilization, and maintain compliance.

·      Talent Development: Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing academic and administrative teams.

·      Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, alumni, industry partners, and government bodies.

·      Innovation & Expansion: Explore opportunities for new schools, skill development centers, and partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience

·      Postgraduate degree in Education or related field; Ph.D. preferred.

·      Minimum 15 years of experience in school leadership or educational administration.

·      Proven track record in curriculum design, faculty development, and institutional growth.

·      Strong understanding of CBSE/ICSE frameworks and NEP 2020 guidelines.

·      Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
