We are seeking a Non-IT Recruitment Specialist with strong expertise in end-to-end hiring processes. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional communication skills, stakeholder management ability and a proven track record of closing critical non-IT positions across diverse functions.

Key Role:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for non-IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality talent within agreed timelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendor networks).
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Ensure top-notch communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratio) and provide regular reports.
  • Build long-term relationships with talent pools and external recruitment partners.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience.

Skillset required:

  • Strong expertise in Non-IT recruitment across functions such as HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and engage at senior levels.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and stakeholder management.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
