Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and candidate engagement: Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Screening and interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and perform in-person interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordination and scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels.
  • Process management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer letter negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Database management: Maintain an organized Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and a database of potential candidates.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the new hire onboarding process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Reporting and metrics: Track key HR metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Industry knowledge: Stay informed about real estate market trends, regulations, and specific roles (e.g., residential, commercial, agents, brokers).

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Experience with various sourcing techniques.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry and its hiring needs is a plus.
  • Solid communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
