We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to lead requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation for Dynamics 365 applications (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, etc.). The role focuses on business process mapping, functional consulting, and ensuring solutions meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, HR, etc.) without heavy coding.
  • Design business process flows, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful customization, integration, and deployment.
  • Conduct user training, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and provide post-implementation support.
  • Assist in upgrades, migrations, and version enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and Microsoft best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or IT.
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (CRM and/or ERP).
  • Strong knowledge of business processes: Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, HR, or Customer Service.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Certifications (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or Business Central.
  • End-to-end ERP/CRM implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
