Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Architect in developing and configuring solutions within BMC Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace, ESM with Business Workflows, and HelixGPT.
  • Implement and optimize the use of AI agents like Ops Swarmer, Change Risk Advisor, Employee Navigator, and others for specific use cases.
  • Collaborate in the design and development of custom AI agents using BMC Helix Studio.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of conversational AI capabilities, such as dashboard creation with Insight Finder and service catalog management with Service Catalog Curator.
  • Execute tasks based on the agreed work plan and ensure solutions align with ITIL processes.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer sessions to the Argentina team and end clients.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace, and ESM platforms.
  • Experience with AI technologies, including HelixGPT and conversational AI.
  • Familiarity with integration development using Python, Java, TensorFlow, or similar technologies.
  • Basic experience with BMC Helix Studio for custom agent development.
  • Note: skills in similar products in the market are acceptable.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow technical guidance and contribute effectively.

Certifications:

  • ITIL certification (preferred but not mandatory).
