Senior Developer - Camunda BPM

EXL is hiring a highly skilled Senior Developer with hands-on experience in Camunda BPM and low-code/no-code development platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing business process workflows, working closely with cross-functional teams to automate and digitize critical business functions

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6 years of strong hands-on experience with Camunda 8.
  • Proficiency in BPMN, DMN, and CMMN modelling.
  • Experience with Java, Spring Boot, or for Camunda service tasks.
  • Strong understanding of Camunda's APIs, connectors, external task pattern, and custom plugins.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Mendix, OutSystems, Power Apps) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture, Spring Boot, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and regulatory workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a global Agile team environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Location – Pune, India (Hybrid)
