About Miyo:

Commis Chef (Desserts & Gelato)

Joining Date:
End of August

What you'll be doing (a.k.a your daily playground):

  • Helping prepare our fresh, silky gelato bases (made in-house, always).
  • Making rich chocolate ganache sauces.
  • Checking that baked goods are always at the perfect temperature - because nobody likes a soggy brownie.
  • Supporting the team wherever needed.

Who we're looking for:

  • You don't need prior work experience - what matters is your knowledge of desserts, baking, and the basics of how things come together.
  • You're eager to learn, quick on your feet, and not afraid to get your hands chocolatey.
  • You care about the details, whether it's the gloss on a ganache or the texture of a gelato.
  • You're excited to grow with a new, premium dessert brand in Mumbai.
