Strategic Planning and Implementation:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Advise management on HR matters, including policy development and implementation.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
  • Manage employee performance, conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs.
  • Manage employee relations and address workplace issues.
  • Conduct employee investigations and handle disciplinary actions.

Compliance and Legal:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in employment law and HR best practices.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Supervise and mentor the entire team.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Develop and implement team performance goals.
  • Manage HR budgets and track expenses.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations.
  • Participate in industry events and professional development activities as & when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
