Strategic Planning and Implementation:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
- Advise management on HR matters, including policy development and implementation.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Manage employee performance, conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Develop and implement training and development programs.
- Manage employee relations and address workplace issues.
- Conduct employee investigations and handle disciplinary actions.
Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in employment law and HR best practices.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Supervise and mentor the entire team.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Develop and implement team performance goals.
- Manage HR budgets and track expenses.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations.
- Participate in industry events and professional development activities as & when needed.
