Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Finance Accountant based in Chennai. The responsibilities include preparing and maintaining financial statements, analyzing financial data, managing payroll operations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The candidate will collaborate with other departments to offer financial insights and contribute to the organization's strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Statements and Accounting principles
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge for data interpretation and decision-making
  • Experience in Payroll Administration and financial compliance
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Professional certification in Accounting or Finance, such as CPA, CA, or equivalent, is an advantage
  • Proficiency in financial tools and software
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
