Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated RPA Business Analyst to join our dynamic Delivery Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and working with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable RPA solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and processes.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of workflows and identify process improvements.
  • Prepare BRDs, use cases, and user stories.
  • Work closely with technical teams for alignment of requirements.
  • Support solution testing and validation.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Hands-on expertise with RPA tools (UiPath) and Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
