Location: Mumbai

Work Mode: Work from Office / Hybrid

Experience: 4–7 Years

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented RPA Automation Anywhere Business Analyst (BA) with excellent communication skills to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and working with RPA/Automation teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation: BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories
  • Collaborate with RPA developers and solution architects to translate business needs into solutions
  • Support UAT planning, coordination, and issue resolution
  • Maintain requirement traceability and participate in change management processes
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings and ensure timely communication and updates

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel
  • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Prior experience in RPA projects (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are an advantage
