Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled
RPA Developer
with
3–4 years of experience
specializing in
Automation Anywhere
to design, develop, and implement automation solutions aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in bot migration, exception handling, and working with Metabots, along with a strong understanding of process documentation and testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop automation workflows using
    Automation Anywhere (v11 or A360)
    .
  • Analyze and identify root causes for automation errors and ensure robust exception handling (Business & System Exceptions).
  • Work with
    Metabots
    and other reusable automation components.
  • Migrate existing bots from
    Automation Anywhere v11 to A360
    .
  • Analyze, understand, and document business processes in detail.
  • Create and document test scenarios and procedures for pre-UAT phases.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and resolve operational challenges.
  • Follow and enhance coding standards and best practices for RPA development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth bot deployment and support.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for automation workflows and configurations.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience
    developing bots using
    Automation Anywhere (v11 or higher)
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    Control Room operations, task scheduling, and triggers
    .
  • Experience in
    SAP automation
    ,
    Citrix environments
    , and
    Document Automation (IDP)
    .
  • Working knowledge of
    Salesforce automation
    using Automation Anywhere is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in
    .NET
    ,
    VB/JavaScript
    ,
    SQL Database
    , and
    Excel macros
    .
  • Experience with
    Metabots
    creation and utilization.
  • Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot automation errors effectively.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
