Job Overview:

As an RPA Developer at Epicenter, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to automate and streamline manual business processes. Collaborating closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities for automation and deliver high quality, scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive cost reductions.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Uipath & Power Automate (Cloud Flow & Desktop).  Experience in Open source RPA Tool like OpenRPA, Robot Framework, and RPA using Python.

 Develop and maintain RPA solutions to automate business processes and increase operational efficiency.

 Troubleshoot, debug, and provide ongoing support for deployed automations.

 Work with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with other technologies and systems.

 Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the organization.

 Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA tools, trends, and best practices.

 Ensure all automation solutions are developed in compliance with organizational standards and governance.  Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including IT, business analysts, process owners, data management teams, and clients, to support successful project delivery.  Provide support and maintenance for existing RPA processes.

Required Qualifications:

 Bachelor is degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.  Proven 2- 3 Year experience in developing RPA solutions with Power Automate (Cloud Flow and Desktop) and UiPath.

 Experience in automating both back-office and front office business processes.

 Strong understanding of RPA concepts, frameworks, and best practices.

 Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, or VB.NET.

 Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

 Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 RPA Developer Certification (UiPath or Power Automate) and Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.

 Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.

Tech Stack:

 Automation Frameworks: Power Automate (Cloud Flow & Desktop), UiPath, OpenRPA, Robot Framework.

 Programming Languages: C#, Python, etc.

 Database & Integration Technologies: SQL (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle), NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) REST APIs, Web Services, OData.

 Version Control: Git, Azure DevOps.

 Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS.
