Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative support. This internship offers a great opportunity to learn about HR practices and contribute to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system.
  • Help with organizing and coordinating employee training sessions and events.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
  • Support various HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • MBA Graduate
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources and career development.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
