Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on relevant platforms.
• Support the HR team with other recruitment and administrative tasks as needed.
