Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced LLM-based Healthcare Product Specialist to act as the bridge between clinical/business needs and AI capabilities. In this role, you will define agentic workflows for specific healthcare journeys—such as diagnostics, chronic care management, and patient engagement—while ensuring clinical safety, efficacy, and regulatory compliance. You will also drive the product strategy for Aura's evolution from a passive interpreter to a predictive, proactive healthcare assistant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate clinical and business needs into functional specifications for LLM-based agentic systems.
  • Design and optimize AI-driven workflows tailored to specific healthcare journeys.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and engineers to ensure clinical safety and efficacy of AI solutions.
  • Define and track metrics for user engagement, clinical outcomes, and product performance.
  • Drive the evolution of Aura's product strategy, ensuring alignment with market needs and emerging AI capabilities.
  • Stay updated on AI, LLM, and healthcare regulations to guide safe and compliant product development.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert in healthcare AI product management, bridging the gap between technical feasibility and clinical practicality.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience in a clinical or health-tech environment.
  • Proven ability to translate patient and clinician needs into actionable product requirements for AI or LLM-based systems.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, diagnostics, chronic care management, or similar clinical journeys.
  • Experience defining success metrics for both user engagement and health outcomes.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with agentic AI systems and predictive healthcare applications.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and clinical safety standards.
  • Background in data-driven product optimization.
