Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing medical expertise and assistance to individuals, assessing patients, managing healthcare plans, delivering training sessions, and ensuring communication with patients and professionals. This role is integral to supporting MediBuddy's mission of providing quality, accessible healthcare services.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) practices and medicine
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to deliver trainings and impart knowledge in healthcare settings
  • Background or experience in healthcare operations or clinical services
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking in medical scenarios
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in healthcare or medicine
