Role Overview

As our in-house Video Editor & VFX Artist, you'll be responsible for taking raw footage and transforming it into polished, high-impact video content. You'll conceptualise, edit, and enhance brand stories with motion graphics, VFX, and storytelling that's on-trend and thumb-stopping. This is a hybrid creative-technical role that demands visual flair, sharp attention to detail, and a hunger for experimentation.

You won't just follow trends—you'll help us set them.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit videos across formats: Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ads, long-form content, campaigns, and more.
• Add professional-grade VFX and motion graphics to elevate storytelling and engagement.
• Visualise concepts and bring briefs to life with minimal creative direction.
• Use AI tools to speed up editing and enhance creative possibilities.
• Work closely with the content and design teams to maintain brand tone, aesthetics, and goals.
• Apply effects such as motion tracking, rotoscoping, green screen, typography animation, light effects, and seamless transitions.
• Stay up-to-date with editing trends, platform best practices, and viral visual formats.
• Optimize video content for social media in terms of aspect ratios, hooks, captions, pacing, and sound design.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience as a Video Editor and/or VFX Artist in a creative agency, studio, or freelance setup.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both editing skills and VFX/motion graphics capabilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and familiarity with tools like DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or Nuke.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools
• Strong visual storytelling instincts and the ability to conceptualise from scratch.
• Attention to detail and a deep understanding of social media video dynamics and content performance.
• Ability to manage timelines, deliver independently, and adapt across brand categories.

Nice to Have

• Basic sound design and color grading skills.
• Experience with 3D animation, AR filters, or virtual production.
• Photography or thumbnail design knowledge.
• Comfort with mobile editing tools (CapCut, InShot) for on-the-go content.
• Interest in storytelling for fashion, tech, hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment brands.
