**Key Responsibilities**:
Visual Effects Creation: Design, create, and implement a range of VFX elements, including but not limited to compositing, CGI, rotoscoping, tracking, and particle effects.

3D/2D Animation: Collaborate on projects that require 2D and 3D animations, character animations, and environment design.

Scene Enhancement: Enhance video scenes using color correction, lighting adjustments, and visual elements to elevate the story and visual appeal.

Editing and Compositing: Integrate VFX seamlessly into live-action footage using advanced compositing software.

Pre-Visualization: Work closely with directors and other team members to conceptualize visual effects during pre-production.

Storyboards and Visual Concepts: Create pre-visuals, mood boards, and concepts to communicate ideas effectively to the team and stakeholders.

Research and Development: Stay updated with the latest VFX techniques, tools, and trends to introduce innovative ideas into projects.

Collaboration and Feedback: Coordinate with other departments, including production, animation, and sound, to ensure the VFX are in line with the project’s creative vision. Adapt and refine based on client or director feedback.

**Key Requirements**:
Education: A degree or diploma in Visual Effects, Motion Graphics, Animation, Film Production, or related fields. Relevant experience may substitute formal qualifications.

Experience: Proven experience as a VFX Artist/Video Creator with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality VFX work. Experience in a production studio environment is a plus.

Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard VFX tools such as Adobe After Effects, Nuke, Cinema 4D, Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Houdini, etc.

Artistic Ability: A strong sense of composition, light, color, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling techniques.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with green screen work, rotoscoping, camera tracking, motion graphics, and advanced compositing techniques.

Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, ensuring VFX elements are accurately integrated and of the highest quality.

Creativity and Innovation: A passion for pushing creative boundaries and a willingness to experiment with new ideas and technologies.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and concepts to the team and stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience with virtual production and Unreal Engine.

Knowledge of AI-based VFX tools or procedural generation.

Experience with audio/visual synchronization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
