#TechAnalyst (IAM Platform) Role in Pune

Role: Scrum Master / Tech Analyst (IAM Platform)

Location: Pune

Mode: Hybrid

Experience: 8+ years

Salary: up to 24LPA max

Notice Period: 30 days Max

Key Skills: Proficient with web protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, REST, SOAP) and security standards (OAuth, SAML, JWT).

Responsibilities:


• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.


• Collaborate with the IAM team to implement and maintain IAM solutions.


• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices within the Scrum team.


• Identify and resolve impediments to the team's progress.


• Assist in user story creation and product backlog grooming with the product owner.


• Provide training and guidance on Scrum processes to team members.


• Monitor team progress and task focus.


• Troubleshoot and address technical issues related to the IAM platform.


• Document IAM strategies, processes, and systems for future reference.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.


• Experience with IAM systems and tools.


• Strong grasp of Agile principles, values, and frameworks.


• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.


• Knowledge of directory services (LDAP) and databases.


• Familiarity with web protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, REST, SOAP) and security standards (OAuth, SAML, JWT).


• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Professional Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM).


• Experience with multi-factor authentication (MFA) tools and methodologies.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.


• Project management skills are a plus. This role involves supporting the organization's IAM program, ensuring secure and efficient access management solutions while facilitating Agile processes
