Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritise backlogs, ensuring alignment with product vision. Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of project milestones. Promote adherence to Agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Track and communicate progress, sprint goals, and timelines to relevant stakeholders. Partner with senior Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches to enhance team performance and personal development. 4 to 8 years of overall experience, with at least 2-4 years in a Scrum Master role. Proven experience managing Application Development (AD) projects, preferably within the telecommunications sector. Skilled in leading Scrum ceremonies, facilitating focused discussions, and ensuring transparency. Adept at identifying blockers, resolving conflicts, and enabling seamless project delivery. Holds a degree in B.E. / B. Tech, BCA / MCA, or BSc / MSc in Computer Science. Familiar with tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project (MPP), Slack, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
