Role & responsibilities :

  1. Perform IPQA activities at the shop floor during the manufacturing and packing processes.
  2. Conduct QA overview for cleanroom behaviour and personnel hygiene compliance.
  3. Review batch processing records for accuracy and compliance with standard operating procedures.
  4. Review all manufacturing, packaging, and analysis-related documents to ensure completeness and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  5. Familiarity with Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) and Continued Process Verification (CPV) processes.
  6. Review documents and logbooks of respective areas to ensure adequacy and completeness.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality-related issues or deviations.

  8. Stay updated on current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and regulatory guidelines.

  9. Issue and control of BMR and BPR.

  10. Monthly product Report.

  11. Creation of item master, raw material, packing materials and finished goods.

Preferred candidate profile:


• Must have worked on ERP or SAP

• Minimum [X] years of experience in IPQA activities within the manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of cGMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• Attention to detail and ability to review complex documents accurately.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
