About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Placement Executives to join our placement cell. The role involves coordinating with recruiters, managing student placements, and ensuring our placement activities run smoothly and effectively. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about connecting talent with opportunity and ensuring successful career outcomes for students.

Key Responsibilities

● Research and identify suitable companies, organizations, and HR consultancies for student placements.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters and students.

● Attend placement-related meetings with HR managers and recruitment partners.

● Ensure a consistent flow of verified job vacancies every month.

● Track and maintain monthly performance as per KPI targets.

● Manage and update records of student profiles, resumes, placement statistics, and recruiter feedback.

● Draft and manage placement-related contracts or agreements with clients.

● Act as a liaison between students, recruiters, and the institution for effective communication.

● Share timely updates on job openings, interview schedules, and placement outcomes.

● Coordinate interviews, ensure candidate attendance, and follow up for feedback.

● Maintain proper documentation of placement activities and outcomes.

● Follow up with placed students and employers to strengthen long-term relationships.

● Collect testimonials and publish success stories of placed students.

● Assist in organizing job fairs, career expos, and recruitment drives.

● Collaborate with the academic and training departments to achieve placement goals.

● Provide regular reports and insights to improve placement strategies and conversion rates.

● Maintain confidentiality of all placement-related data and sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
