Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Specialist, located in Coimbatore. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll processes, handling payroll administration and services, ensuring accurate payroll taxes, and managing garnishments. The role involves timely processing of payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with all payroll regulations.

Qualifications

Min Qualification:- PGDM \ MBA in HR Preferred

Job description

  1. Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.

  2. Must be excellent in Payroll, Salary processing, Administration, Contract Labor Management, and

Time Office.

  1. Handling all Statutory Compliance.

  2. Disciplinary Action

  3. Employee Engagement

  4. Medical Emergency, Personnel Administration, Leave Management.

  5. Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing on HRIMS Software, with Good Knowledge in

Excel.

  1. Good Knowledge on PF, ESIC, PT. (Challan Payment)

  2. Administer attendance, leave records, full & final settlements & related documentation

  3. Support employee insurance queries & claims
