Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven freshers to join our Business Development team. As a BDE, you will be the face of BizzEazy, visiting clients, exploring market opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing them into long-term business relationships. This role is perfect for those who enjoy interacting with people, learning fast, and growing with a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential clients across assigned locations (Noida, Delhi, Gurugram) to explore opportunities.
Generate leads, identify decision-makers, and create interest in BizzEazy's offerings.
Follow up with prospects and fix meetings for further discussions.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and fulfillment of requirements.
Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, and client interactions.
Meet defined targets and performance criteria.
What We're Looking For:
Fresh graduates (Any stream, preference for Business/Commerce/Marketing background).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence to approach and interact with clients face-to-face.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Must have their own laptop and vehicle.
