Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and motivated Sales Executives to join our team and lead the onboarding of new businesses onto our platform/services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management. This role involves identifying potential business partners, pitching our offerings, closing deals, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential businesses for onboarding (retailers, merchants, service providers, etc.)

Conduct field visits, calls, or virtual meetings to pitch company services/products

Present company offerings clearly and effectively to decision-makers

Understand client requirements and provide customized onboarding solutions

Close deals and ensure all documentation and verification processes are completed

Collaborate with internal teams (operations, support, onboarding) to ensure timely activation

Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and onboarded clients

Meet or exceed monthly onboarding and sales targets

Provide feedback from the field to improve products and services

Maintain long-term relationships with onboarded clients for upselling or cross-selling

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B onboarding, merchant acquisition, or business development

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Comfortable with fieldwork and travelling within assigned territory

Basic understanding of CRM tools and reporting

Fluency in [Insert Local Language] and English preferred

Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory):

Experience in sectors like fintech, e-commerce, FMCG distribution, SaaS, POS solutions, digital payments, or logistics

Exposure to onboarding small businesses, vendors, or service providers

Existing network of business contacts is a strong advantage
