Entrepreneurial Journey Begins Here As a Madhav Karmyogi Mobility Unit Executive , you are more than just a EV-kiosk operator—you are a business partner responsible for managing a complete P/L for strategic business unit. This role delivers exposure to real-time problem-solving, critical thinking , customer relationship management (CRM) and profit-sharing models.
Designed with a performance-based growth strategy, this opportunity positions you to leverage operational efficiency and sales performance to maximize earnings.
Position Overview Title: Madhav Karmyogi – Mobility SBU Executive
Location: Multiple Mobile SBU across high-traffic locations in the city
Employment Type:
Full-time Compensation: Base salary income Performance driven incentives and bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Deliver exceptional service with sincerity and mindfulness, nurturing trust, brand loyalty, and repeat engagement — treating every customer as an opportunity to serve with awareness.
• Lean Operations Management: Set up and close EV-kiosks daily with precision and discipline, following SOPs diligently. Approach each task as an act of mindful action — efficient, clean, and purpose-driven.
• Sales Enablement and Promotion: Drive growth through authentic engagement, thoughtful promotions, and meaningful cross-selling — ensuring every interaction creates value for both the customer and the brand.
• Inventory and Supply Coordination: Maintain seamless coordination with the centralized kitchen for timely replenishment. Manage resources with care, reflecting the Karmyogi principle of balance — neither excess nor neglect.
• Digital Payment Ecosystem: Handle UPI and QR-based payment systems efficiently, ensuring every transaction is transparent, smooth, and trustworthy — a reflection of integrity in action.
