Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Technical Manager - Costing & Supply Chain. The role involves leading and managing technical consultations in supply chain and costing operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing data for decision-making, developing strategies to optimize supply chain processes, managing a team to ensure smooth project execution, conducting research and development to enhance processes, and providing technical support to meet operational goals. The role also requires coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver on project objectives.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess data and implement improvement strategies
  • Team management skills with the ability to lead and guide teams effectively
  • Experience in providing technical support and resolving operational challenges
  • Expertise in research and development (R&D) and innovative problem-solving
  • Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and timely delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Familiarity with supply chain software and tools is a plus
