  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of engineering principles and cost engineering methodologies relevant to project requirements.

  • Problem Solving: Strong capability to address and resolve complex cost related issues through analytical and innovative approaches.

  • Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for conveying cost information clearly and building consensus among stakeholders.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in preparing and reviewing cost reports, financial documents, and project estimates.

  • Software Proficiency: Experienced in using cost engineering software and tools such as Microsoft Excel, Primavera, and other relevant applications.
