About the role
:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Marketing Operations to drive end-to-end growth initiatives across both inbound and outbound marketing channels. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with responsibility for leading a team of inbound and outbound marketing experts. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in acquisition marketing, leveraging paid media, automation, CRM, and AI-based tools to accelerate lead generation, optimise performance, and scale growth efficiently.
Key roles and responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
● Lead and manage a team of inbound and outbound growth marketers, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution of campaigns.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and content) to define growth objectives and optimise the marketing funnel.
● Identify new growth opportunities through market analysis, experimentation, and data insights.
Inbound Marketing
● Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Quora Ads, and Bing Ads to drive quality leads.
● Oversee SEO, content-driven inbound strategies, and website conversion optimisation.
● Manage analytics and attribution tracking through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
● Utilise tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Hotjar (or similar) to identify trends, optimise performance, and improve conversion rates.
Outbound Marketing
● Develop and execute cold email marketing campaigns, and manage database extraction, enrichment, and segmentation.
● Use AI-powered tools and automation workflows for prospect identification, outreach personalisation, and funnel optimisation.
● Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs and consistent communication across the funnel.
Growth Automation & CRM:
● Design and implement AI-driven lead flow and performance marketing automations.
● Manage and optimise HubSpot CRM for campaign management, lead nurturing, and reporting. ● Leverage automation tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), N8N, AgentKit, or HubSpot workflows to streamline marketing operations.
Data, Analytics & Reporting:
● Measure and report on campaign KPIs, including CAC, CPL, ROI, and conversion rates.
● Analyse multi-channel data to derive insights, test hypotheses, and iterate campaigns.
● Present growth dashboards and reports to leadership with actionable recommendations.
What are we looking for?
● 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in acquisition, performance, or growth marketing.
● Strong proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Quora Ads, Bing Ads, Cold Email Marketing, Database Extraction, and Lead Acquisition.
● Deep expertise in AI-driven marketing, automation tools, and HubSpot CRM.
● Strong understanding of digital analytics and tracking tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush.
● Skilled in marketing funnel optimisation, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and A/B testing.
● Solid knowledge of marketing attribution models, UTM tracking, and campaign measurement.
● Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
