Language Specialist – Order Management / Technical Support

Work Location:
Bangalore / Hyderabad (Work From Office, 5 days a week)

24x5 Support (Weekend Off)

APJ, EMEA, and AMER
shifts (assigned post-training)

Provided for female employees for shifts between 8 PM and 6 AM

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused
Language Specialists
with experience in
Order Management (STS/OTC domain)
and proficiency in one of the following languages:
German, French, Japanese, Chinese, Portuguese, Spanish, or Korean.

The role involves providing first-level technical and operational support for global sales and order management platforms, ensuring smooth business continuity across regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide
    first-level technical support and incident management
    for sales tools, OMS, and Premier Page platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
    or escalate complex problems to higher support levels.
  • Collaborate closely with
    IT, operations, and support teams
    to minimize disruptions in order management and sales processes.
  • Offer
    proactive support and user education
    for recurring or known issues.
  • Work in
    rotational shifts
    to support global operations across regions (APJ, EMEA, AMER).
  • Ensure
    timely and professional communication
    with internal and external stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years
    of experience in an
    international BPO or technical support
    environment.
  • Background in
    STS – Order Management / Order-to-Cash (OTC)
    processes.
  • Proficiency (verbal and written)
    in
    any one
    of the following languages:
  • German / French / Japanese / Chinese / Portuguese / Spanish / Korean
  • Strong
    verbal and written communication
    in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to
    multi-task, handle stakeholder communication,
    and resolve issues in real time.
  • Proven
    support experience
    in similar technical or operations domains.

Essential Requirements

  • Educational Qualification:
    High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or technical coursework preferred).
  • 1–2 years
    of relevant experience in
    technical support or sales operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting
    and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with
    Dell tools and processes
    related to customer care, order processing, and sales.
  • Excellent
    coordination and analytical skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of the
    Dell Premier ecosystem
    and global
    sales processes.
  • Experience handling
    Order-to-Cash (OTC)
    workflows.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office tools
    (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, OneNote).
  • Ability to work efficiently in a
    fast-paced, dynamic environment.
