Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Search & Social Media Specialist to lead our media offering within the MEA region. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing SEM, Retail Media Search advertising campaigns and social media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Search, Amazon Ads, Criteo, META, LinkedIn, TikTok, Adform ad-serving; and other relevant platforms. The Search and Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing the required media strategies, optimizing campaigns performance, have a strong eye for qualitative and quantitative insights, knowledge sharing, and driving growth for our clients business.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute media activation strategies to meet client objectives and KPIs.
Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive approach. Ability to position themselves as subject matter experts through flawless executions, thorough reporting, and insightful recommendations.
Review of campaigns structure and QA of campaigns setup.
Ensures that the campaigns do align with the industry best practices, and media objectives.
Reporting across media metrics while ensuring the delivery towards the primary KPIs.
Work Management:
Have the expertise and excellence in structuring, launching, and implementing the campaign optimizations when needed over multiple platforms, including but not limited to: META, LinkedIn, TikTok, Amazon Ads, Criteo, Ad-form ad-servingetc.
Have the technical knowledge related to post click measurement metrics and pixels implementation, along with the knowhow to troubleshoot any problems through the right corridors.
Have the expertise and knowledge in managing Brand Lift Surveys with key media partners.
Workflow and time management to ensure delivery of tasks within the business requirements and SLAs.
Reporting and Analytics:
Utilize in-depth knowledge of reporting tools to analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Sharing thoughtful recommendations and actionable insights to improve the performance.
Create and deliver regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and optimizations.
Expertise in business analytics platforms (inbound and reconciliation, i.e.: GA, Adobe Analytics, PowerBi) with the skill set and ability to understand and take use of the data for optimization and reporting purposes.
Work seamlessly with a geographically dispersed team across EMEA.
Leverage communication and collaboration tools to ensure effective remote work delivery. Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of current experience in Search and Social advertising.
Multi-national agency experience is ideal.
Client portfolio related to consumer electronics ideally or a renowned brand with multi markets expertise and exposure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Process oriented.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
Proven ability to take a leadership role.
Proficient in campaign reporting and analytics.
