You will work with the leadership team and counsellors to drive numbers and fuel yours and Leap's growth. The charter for this role will include :Meet Allotted Team targets ( Leads, Applications & Visas)Contribute in developing a strong & efficient counselling teamResolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journeyConduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of counsellorsMaintain high Satisfaction RatingsReport & Data ManagementImplement Organisational Values, Goals & objectives within the teamCollaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targetsPipeline forecast & ManagementIdentify, analyse and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors Ideal Persona would :The candidate should be from Counseling Industry (Mandatory)In-depth knowledge of UK4-5 Years of experience in study abroadSound Understanding of various courses, admissions process, Visa process, and career options across various disciplinesExperience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles & preferencesExperience in working with CRMs is desirable.Previous Stakeholder Management Experience (Good to have and will be preferred)Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools.Hunger to move from an individual counselling role to one where you lead a team and drive numbers.
