Planning and execution of new technology roll outs, scope expansion and readiness of team. Manage SOPs, KB articles. Implement tech improvement from past failures and learningsRestoration and other responsibilities: Work on resolution of complex or escalated issues from L2 engineer. Preparing RCA for major incidents and problem tickets. Configuring and managinging load balancers.Triage: Troubleshoot and in case of unresolved ticked, ecpected to excalate to CoE in time with aim to meet SLA. They will also engage and work with the respective TAC teams to resolve any product related issues or software bugsProcess Compliance: Prepare RFCs and represent RFC in the CAB callConduct repeat incident analysis to identify proactive problem tickets and work on the premanent fix for the issuesGather information from vendor, customer, analysis from the troubleshooting/investigation, resolution steps implemented etc. and update the tickets regularly, as per the defined process.Followthrough andexecute the various Escalation Matrix (Vendor , Internal and Customer defined)Ensure tickets are closed post user/customer communicationMaintain inventory of Network equipments and linksConstantly track tickets for SLA adherence and escalate on deviations as defined in the processUnix and Linux (RHEL, Centos, Ubuntu, OEL) Configure and manage user accounts and groups independentlyInstall, configure, and manage software packages and servicesImplement and manage file system permissions and securityConfigure basic networking and firewall settingsPerform system monitoring and basic performance tuningAS400 Navigate AS400 menus and execute basic system commands with supervisionPerform file and library operationsView and understand basic system status and job informationPerform basic user profile maintenanceLocation:India - BengaluruCreated On:21-Aug-2025
